(General Terms and Conditions)
These terms and conditions contain rules and regulations that constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 3 Now. And these terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) apply to your use of the 3 Now App and to your use of services provided or supported by 3 Now. These provisions apply to all countries and cities in which 3 Now operates. Upon entering into this Agreement, you expressly acknowledge that you understand this Agreement (including its dispute resolution and arbitration provisions) and that you accept all of its terms. If you do not agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement, please log out of your profile and uninstall the 3 Now app..
In these terms and conditions:
All fees are non-refundable (no refunds). This no-refund policy applies at all times, regardless of your decision to stop using the 3 Now platform, disruptions to the 3 Now platform or car ridesharing. In addition, fees are facilitated by a third party payment processor (e.g. Braintree, a division of PayPal, Inc.). 3 Now may replace its third party payment processor without notice. Fees are only collected through the 3 Now platform. Cash payments are strictly prohibited with the exception of tips. Your payment of fees to 3 Now fulfills your payment obligation for the use of the 3 Now platform and ridesharing. 3 Now can aggregate multiple charges on your payment method into a single aggregated transaction based on the date they were incurred. If you don't recognize a transaction, check your driving receipts and payment history.
After adding a new payment method or any driving request, 3 Now can obtain authorization of your selected payment method to verify the payment method, ensure that the travel costs are covered and to protect against unauthorized behavior. The authorization is not a fee, but it can reduce your available balance by the authorization amount until your bank's next processing cycle. Should the amount of our authorization exceed the total amount of the deposit in your account, the bank issuing your debit or prepaid card may overdraft NSF fees. We cannot be

You may receive coupons that you can use to pay certain fees after you have completed a ride. Vouchers are only valid for use on the 3-Now platform and cannot be transferred or redeemed for cash unless required by law. Coupons cannot be combined. If the cost of your trip exceeds the applicable credit or discount value, we will calculate the payment method you have on file for the outstanding costs of the trip. For quoted or variable rates, 3 Now may deduct the amount attributable to the service charge, fees, or other charges before the voucher is applied. Additional restrictions on vouchers may apply as communicated to you in a relevant promotion or by clicking on the relevant voucher in the "Promotions" section of the 3 Now app.
- On scheduled flights involving pick-up from the airport, the passenger must provide us with the flight number in advance, we will wait for the passenger for no more than 45 minutes of the landing time of the aircraft, and we will charge 1 euro or equivalent for each waiting minute in excess of the free waiting time of 45 minutes.
2. THE 3 NOW PLATFORM
By downloading the 3 Now app, you agree to these terms and conditions. The 3 Now platform offers you a marketplace where people looking for transport to specific destinations can be matched with transport options to such destinations.
One option for drivers is to request a rideshare from ridesharing riders traveling to or through these destinations. As a user, you authorize 3 Now to match you with a driver based on factors such as your location, estimated pick-up time, destination, user preferences, and platform efficiency, and cancel an existing match and rematch based on the same considerations.
The user's decision to offer or accept is at the sole discretion of that user. Each rideshare service that a driver provides to a driver is a separate agreement between those people. held responsible for these charges and cannot assist you in collecting these charges from your issuing bank. 3 Now provides its users with an online service for the settlement of disputes. This service is not binding. 3 Now is under no obligation to resolve disputes. This service is offered at 3 Now's sole discretion and can be withdrawn at any time. If a dispute is not resolved, 3 Now reserves the right to withhold any amounts paid by the passenger until a mutual agreement has been reached between the passenger and the driver or a final court decision has been made.
All claims between community trips must be touched directly among the community members. In the event of a dispute, 3 Now can try to reach an agreement between the community members, but is not responsible for a solution. In the event of a legal dispute between community members or if a community member learns of the abuse of the 3 Now app or of behavior that is detrimental to other community members, the member undertakes to inform 3 Now immediately.
3 Now must be informed immediately and in writing of any discrepancies in the processing of the expense reports. If no claims are made within one month of processing an expense contribution, this is deemed to have been accepted by the recipient. If a withdrawal fails or is reversed, the debtor will make up the missing amount immediately. If the error can be traced back to reasons over which the debtor has influence (e.g. the deposited payment method is no longer valid or insufficiently covered, a payment will be made by order of the debtor, etc.

All electronic payments may only be processed via the 3 Now Wallet supported by the payment provider. 3 Now is not responsible for any delays or problems caused as a result of the payment provider.
Once a payment has been made to a driver, the payment (including any deduction or administration fee) is non-refundable regardless of the trip or other incident caused (including but not limited to accidents). As soon as a community member makes a contribution to the driver's costs or otherwise initiates a payment within the community, the amount will be charged to the payment method stored with our payment provider.
3 Now can offer promotional offers to any user. These promotional offers are in the sole discretion of 3 Now. All special discounts, offers and reward points in the form of 3 Now Wallet funds / accumulated points may be withdrawn without notice in the event of suspicious account activity or malicious intent by the user.
If a payment to 3 Now is successful in relation to a canceled transaction, the money will be refunded to users. 3 Now aims to make such payments within  business days but cannot be held responsible for delays beyond its control.
If you travel by car, you agree to pay any taxes that may apply to payments you receive from passengers and that responsibility is your sole responsibility.
5. ELIGIBILITY TO PARTICIPATE
The 3 Now platform may only be used by persons who have the right and authority to enter into this agreement and who are competent to fulfill the conditions and obligations contained therein.
The 3 Now platform is not available to users whose user account has been temporarily or permanently deactivated. You may not allow anyone else to use your user account, and you agree that you are the only authorized user of your account. In order to be able to use the 3 Now platform, each user must create a user account. Each person is only allowed to create one user account and 3 Now reserves the right to deactivate additional or duplicate accounts.
When you become a user, ensure that you are at least 18 years old. Notwithstanding the foregoing, as the parent or legal guardian of a 16 or 17 year old minor, you may create a 3 Now account for that minor to use the Platform under the following requirements and restrictions:
They ensure that minors use the 3 Now platform and the applicable bike.
They ensure that the use of the 3 Now platform by minors is limited to access only.
You expressly guarantee that the minor accepts the terms of this agreement. You are responsible for any breach of any of the representations, warranties and / or this Agreement set out above and / or for any attempt by the minor not to confirm this Agreement. In addition, you hereby declare that you are fully authorized to execute this Agreement on behalf of you and any other parent or guardian of the minor driver.
By setting up a 3 Now account for such a minor, you hereby grant permission and consent to the Agreement on behalf of the minor and assume all responsibility and liability for the minor's use of the 3 Now Platform in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and any applicable provisions Additional agreements.
6. 3 NOW COMMUNICATIONS
By using the 3 Now platform, you agree to receive communications from us, including via email, SMS, phone calls and push notifications. You agree that calls, texts, or recorded messages may be generated by automatic telephone dialing systems. Text messages we send incur standard text message charges charged by your wireless service provider.
Communications from 3 Now, its affiliates and / or drivers include, but are not limited to: operating notices about your user account or the use of the 3 Now platform or carpooling, updates on new and existing functions on the 3 Now platform, notifications about promotions conducted by us or our third party partners, as well as news about 3 Now and industry developments.
7. COMMUNITY TOURS
No contract (e.g. transport contract) is concluded between drivers and passengers. The 3 Now Community and the app must not be misused to facilitate contracts between community members. A contractually agreed trip is not a group trip, even if the app is used to make the trip easier. Claims against 3 Now, in particular for an invoice or the reimbursement of fees, cannot be based on such abuse.
Now has the right to cancel a transaction at any time in its sole discretion. Reasons for the cancellation can be without restriction:

There is no interaction between driver and passenger in the 3 Now app.
Driver and passengers have not confirmed a trip.
Now creates a circle of trust and it is important that these levels of trust are maintained. As such, 3 Now may, in its sole discretion, ban users from the Platform for any reason including, but not limited to, potentially suspicious activity such as money laundering, fraudulent credit card transactions, etc. 3 Now reserves the right to cooperate with them and local law enforcement agencies to report in these cases. After the end of a trip, the passenger contributes to the driver's costs via the payment system integrated in the 3 Now app. The app contains a proprietary cost-sharing algorithm that can be used to calculate travel costs and share them fairly between driver and passenger.
In addition, we reserve the right to charge an administration fee for each trip. The height is to be determined by 3 Now depending on the geography. The administration fee covers the cost of support costs, services rendered and technology.
As long as you act in accordance with these terms and conditions, we grant you a revocable, non-exclusive license for personal, non-commercial use of the 3 Now app. You may not grant sublicenses and you may not modify the content or use it in any way that is not expressly permitted in these Terms and Conditions and the Community Code of Conduct.
If you bring your own content to the 3 Now app in general, e.g. B. in the form of pictures, profile information, ratings and comments, this content always remains your property. By contributing to the 3 Now community, you are granting us an irrevocable, nonexclusive, transferable, sublicensable license to your intellectual property with the knowledge that it will be used, modified, copied, published and distributed as part of the 3 Now community. This includes the use of your intellectual property for advertising purposes as well as publication outside the community, provided that there is a sufficiently strong connection to the 3 Now community.
Members may not contribute content that infringes other intellectual property rights, is illegal, racist, pornographically offensive, or is otherwise inappropriate for the 3 Now community. This type of content will be deleted without warning and you will indemnify us against any direct or indirect loss, damage or cost that may result from it.
The 3 Now app, website, and platform are provided and all users must do their own due diligence before contacting any other user. 3 Now is only a platform provider and is not liable for the behavior, damage or loss suffered by members while using the 3 Now app.
Notwithstanding a provision in these General Terms and Conditions and in any other way, 3 Now expressly disclaims any express or tacit guarantee with regard to the platform, any travel facilitated on the platform, reliability, completeness of the information and the legality, level of qualification, appropriateness or driving Can from any user.
If claims are made against 3 Now based on the conduct of a member, all members should help defend against such claims. If the behavior is due to the actions of one user, that user will do so (without limitation of another user). Remedies that may be available to 3Now will indemnify 3 Now for any damages, losses, costs, or legal or transaction fees incurred by 3 Now or its users.
The member will reimburse any loss, damage or expense attributable to them or their act or inaction if 3 Now is damaged as a result of the negligent conduct of a member.
3 Now reserves the right to change the services described here or to cease operations in whole or in part.
12. CHOICE OF LAW, JURISDICTION AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION
These general terms and conditions are subject to the laws of Germany and are interpreted and enforced in accordance with them, regardless of conflict of law rules.
All controversies, conflicts, disputes or decisions resulting from these general terms and conditions are resolved through arbitration in Germany. The court consists of arbitrators whose decision is binding and final.
13- Special conditions for the employment of drivers in the Arab Republic of Egypt:
1. The driver must be exclusively between 21 and 55 years of age.
2- He must have a modern car that has no more than the date of manufacture than in 2008.
